Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any Xtremagic application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Xtremagic ("we", "us", or "our"), the developer of the Xtremagic suite of applications.

2. Covered Applications

These Terms apply to all Xtremagic applications available on the Apple App Store, including but not limited to:

• VirtuaDeck — digital card magic
• Circle of Masters — AI magician learning
• Any future applications published under the Xtremagic brand

3. License & Permitted Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the apps
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the apps
• Use the apps for commercial purposes without our prior written consent
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices within the apps

4. Accounts & Authentication

Certain features require you to sign in with Apple. By doing so, you agree to Apple's terms and represent that you are authorized to use the Apple ID provided.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at contact@xtremagic.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

5. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Some features are available through in-app purchases or auto-renewing subscriptions processed by Apple. All transactions are subject to Apple's payment terms.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple. Contact Apple Support or visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Cross-app access: certain subscriptions may unlock features across multiple Xtremagic apps. Account sign-in is required for this synchronization.
• Prices may vary by region and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within Xtremagic apps — including text, graphics, audio, video, AI-generated responses, and software — is owned by or licensed to Xtremagic and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you. The Xtremagic name, logo, and app names are trademarks of Xtremagic.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the apps in any unlawful manner or for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the apps
• Use automated tools to scrape, extract, or index any content from the apps
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation in any way

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The apps are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Xtremagic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the apps.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the apps at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

You may stop using the apps at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimer, limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the apps after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

For significant changes, we may provide additional notice within the app or by email.
