1. Personal data we process

Xtremagic apps use Sign in with Apple to provide account access. When you sign in, the information required to create and manage your account may be processed and stored using Firebase Authentication and related Google Firebase services. Depending on the privacy settings you choose with Apple, this may include your Apple-provided identifier, name, and email address or private relay email address.

Where an app asks whether you want to receive Xtremagic updates, we record your choice, the date, and the app it came from. When you register a product in an app, we store which product it is, when it was registered, how it was registered, and from which app.

On this website, we collect your email address only when you voluntarily subscribe to the Xtremagic newsletter.

Apart from the account, communication preference, product registration, and newsletter information described above, we do not collect, store, or share personal data such as:

• Photos, videos, or microphone recordings
• Precise location data or advertising identifiers
• Payment or financial information

Some app features operate locally on your device, while account-related features may use Firebase services as described above. If a specific feature requires data, it will be clearly explained and optional.

2. Optional technical data

Some versions of our apps may collect anonymous technical information to improve performance and reliability (crash reports, basic usage metrics). When present, this collection is:

• Anonymous and not used to identify you
• Limited to what is necessary for app quality
• Optional or subject to your consent where required

You can disable analytics where settings are provided.

3. Permissions used on device

Certain features (camera, microphone, photo library, notifications) may require permissions. These are used only to enable the requested feature and are handled locally on your device. You can change your permissions anytime in iOS Settings.

4. Third-party services

By default, our apps do not rely on third-party SDKs that track users. If a specific app integrates a third-party service, we will list it in that app's settings or product page with a link to its privacy policy.

5. Children's privacy

Our apps are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.

6. Data retention

We keep account information for as long as your account exists, and newsletter email addresses as described in section 7. If a feature stores data (preferences or content you create), it remains on your device unless you delete the app or reset the data.

7. Newsletter

You can choose to subscribe to Xtremagic news on our website. If you do, you voluntarily provide your email address to receive news about Xtremagic apps, updates and releases.

• Your email address is stored with Google Firebase (Google Cloud), on servers located in the United States, together with the date of your subscription.
• It is used only to send you the Xtremagic communications you subscribed to.
• We do not sell your email address.

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

You can unsubscribe from these communications at any time. To unsubscribe, or to ask us to delete your email address, contact us at contact@xtremagic.com.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we keep about you: your account information, your communication preferences, the products you registered, and your newsletter email address. Contact us using the details below. We will respond to your request within one month, subject to any extension permitted by applicable data protection law.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with its "Last updated" date. Significant changes will be highlighted in-app or on our website.
